There were no Minutes approved.
C. OLD BUSINESS
1. Review of Previous Work for the Proposed Aquifer Protection Zone – The Committee reviewed their previous work for the proposed Aquifer Protection Zone and amended the citation to add 30A M.R.S.A., 3001 and 38 M.R.S.A. 401.
2. Land Use Chart – A Motion was made and seconded to have “water treatment facilities” and “sewer treatment facilities” be separate line items. Moore/Meyer – Unanimous.
A Motion was made and seconded to indicate that all signs may be approved by the Code Enforcement Officer. Moore/Meyer – Unanimous.
A Motion was made and seconded to change “auto repair station” to “auto repair garage”. Moore/Meyer – Unanimous.
D. NEW BUSINESS - There was no new business to come before the Committee.
E. OTHER BUSINESS – There was no other business to come before the Committee.
F. ADJOURNMENT - The Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
