The Acton Planning Board will hold their meetings on the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m, unless otherwise noted. Please note the agenda below, is intended for informational purposes only.  The Chairman reserves the right to add or remove any items.  Questions regarding the agenda should be directed to Code Officer David Riley.

New Business:

• Fairgrounds Variety. Route 109 & Milton Mills Road. Map 241; Lot 006 – 001. Request for a 6-month extension to the project deadline for commencement. (Second and final extension)

• Robert Scalise. 2226 Rout 109. Tax Map 229; Lot 032. Application for a Conditional Use Permit for an Automotive Repair Garage.

Pending Projects:

• Apple Valley Development (Iron Tails Saloon). 559 Route 109. Tax Map 148; Lot 001. Application for a Conditional Use Amendment.

Public Comment:

• Comments related to agenda items must be brought up at public hearings, this segment of the meeting is only for comments not related to agenda items such as potential Zoning Ordinance Amendment suggestions.
